2019 Sponsorship & Advertising Packages

Continuing on from our expansion to two evenings, this year we will again run the Friday & Saturday night events, with capacity for 1,200 (600 per night). The festival has already become the highlight summer event in the local area offering a great opportunity for businesses to engage with local residents.

In addition to a large selection of real ales, a well-stocked wine zone and a gin bar, attendees will also enjoy live music and a selection of tasty food in a convivial atmosphere and picturesque setting.

Sponsorship Packages are available for both evenings. Packages of varying levels enabling businesses & organisations, small and large access to benefits and exposure to our membership.  If you are looking for something more bespoke we will be happy to tailor a package to your requirements.

  • Admission tickets for up to 10 people

Festival Advertising information
  • NEW for 2018 we have created the festivals own website - waltonbeerfestival.org
  • We are active on Social Media on Facebook and Twitter
  • The event is listed on many local event websites
  • There will be promotional fliers handed out at local train stations, to schools and community groups
  • A set of promotional banners promoting the event will be up around Walton leading up to the event
  • Proceeds go to event organiser Walton-on- Thames CC and partner charities Music in Hospitals & ECL.
  • Sponsors will be given first option to continue their sponsorship at 2019 Beer, Wine & Music  Festival.
