ELMBRIDGE LOCAL PLAN
This plan will shape home building in the borough for the next 15 years. High numbers of new homes have been requested by Central Government and local government has to put forward a plan. The public consultation period has now ended but the Draft Plan is still available to view here.
To help you decipher all the information your local Councillors have put together some information, ranging from links to the correct portals to guidance of the steps you need to take to fill in the questionnaire, to opinions on which option they consider best for our town. As you will see, only 91 people from Walton commented the last time we had a chance. Could that be why during 2011-2016 Walton had more new homes built than the next two Elmbridge towns put together?
