Walton & Weybridge Regatta - Saturday 6th June 2020

What's going on during the day along the river:
Most of the activity at Walton & Weybridge Regatta centres around the club house of Walton Rowing Club. This is located in Sunbury Lane, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. KT12 2JA. The whole course can be viewed from the tow path on the Surrey bank of the Thames: from the start up-stream of The Anglers and The Swan public houses down to the finish near Walton Rowing Club. The Regatta Enclosure is on the small area of park at the rear of Miskin's Wharf just up-stream of Walton Rowing Club. The Regatta Enclosure includes refreshment and bar tents. The view from the Enclosure is straight up the course and spectators have a good view of racing from start to finish. Parking: Sunbury Lane is closed to spectator traffic, but ample public car parking is available at Cowey Sale, near Walton Bridge. This is a pleasant two hundred metre walk along the tow path to the start of the regatta. Parking is available at the Dudley Road Recreation Ground just upstream from Walton Rowing Club for a small charge. Please note: Competitors will receive full information and location details with their 'joining instructions'. 
The Walton & Weybridge Regatta Committee consists of members of Walton Rowing Club, Weybridge Rowing Club and Weybridge Ladies Amateur Rowing Club. Entries into the Regatta can only come from clubs affiliated to British Rowing. Entries for WALTON & WEYBRIDGE REGATTA 2017 may be made only on-line through the British Rowing Online Entry system, no postal, in-person, or e-mailed entries will be accepted. Entries open on 31st March and close on 11th May at midday. Payment must be made by cheque to the Entries Secretary, be in favour of 'Walton & Weybridge Regatta', and posted to: ENTRIES SECRETARY, WALTON & WEYBRIDGE REGATTA, 32 Holme Chase, Weybridge Surrey KT13 0BZ.
