Business Improvement District - Can Walton be the first one in Elmbridge?

WoTTA is working closely with Elmbridge  Borough Council and the Mosaic Partnership to try and ensure Walton becomes Elmbridge's first BID town. It's taken a long time to get to this point but now we've completed the Feasibility Phase and  we're currently in the Development Phase. A vote by the businesses in the District to decide the outcome is due this Winter.
