Heritage Day Performance Booking Form 2018

The event is on 8th September 2018
A performance slot runs for 30 mins, allowing for set up and clear away time. Your performance should run for a minimum of 15 mins if possible.
The first performance is at 12:00, with the last at 16:00.
Local performance groups who have been at Heritage Day before get precedence.
You must bring your own supplies, such as mats and instruments.
You must bring your music as an MP3 file on an Ipod or similar, not a USB key or a disc.
You must have your own Public Liability insurance in place, up to £5million and bring a copy with you on the day
