A pitch is approx 3x3m and costs £25 for a charity, £100 for a business. You must bring your own supplies, such as table, gazebo, chairs, bunting etc. You must have your own insurance in place. If your stall is outside this size frame, please let us know prior to the event and we will try and accommodate you. You must supply facilities to collect any litter from your stall. Arrival and set up instructions will be sent out two weeks prior to the event.

PAYMENT: Charities - £25 per pitch. Business - £100 per pitch.

Only one pitch will be allocated per organisation initially. Two weeks before the event we will allocate second spots if there are any available. If you are interested in a second spot, please indicate this. All pitches allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

NB: Payment must be received within two weeks of date of invoice to secure your stall. Thank you!
